What are your services and how far in advance should I book you as a private sushi chef?

We, my team and I, Stelio, offer a range of services including private sushi lessons. We also provide sushi catering for events and parties. We recommend booking at least 4 days in advance. Additionally, we offer delivery of salmon fillets within 3 days of ordering.

 

What sushi services do you offer?

What types of sushi do you offer?

We offer a variety of sushi options including traditional sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri and fusion sushi rolls. We can also create custom sushi based on your preferences. Go here to read more about our services.

 

What is the price range for your services?

Our prices vary depending on the type of service you require and the number of guests. We offer customized packages to fit your budget and needs. On average, it's about 2000 Mets per person and events can be organized for 8 people or more. Contact us for a quote. 

 

What is your experience in sushi making?

I have 10+ years of experience in the art of making sushi and I have followed professional training at various sushi restaurants in Tofo and Maputo in Mozambique Therefore, I am skilled in preparing high-quality sushi using fresh, premium ingredients. Go here to read more about me. 

 

Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, my team and I can accommodate special dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Let us know your specific requirements when you book our services.

 

What do you need to know for a quote?

To be able to give you a quote, I'd like to receive the address of your home or venue for the event. Also, the date when it will take place, how many guests will be attending and the time schedule of the event. Furthermore, I need to know what diet requirements I need to take into account for the menu. Anything that you think will be relevant, please mention it and I'll give you a quote that suits your wishes for the event.

 

What's included in the price?

The quotation will give you an estimate of the costs of organizing a private sushi event. In this price will be included the necessary ingredients and all tableware & cutlery. Also, our shopping time, preparation time and catering service staff during the event will be included in the quote. For more guidelines, please check our Terms & Conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the deposit paid. This is because we incur costs as soon as we receive your reservation, and we are unable to recover these costs if you cancel. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations.
