Terms of Service for Chef Stelio

 

Welcome to Chef Stelio's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Ingredients. All ingredients are sourced fresh and are subject to availability. In the event a certain ingredient is not available, a suitable replacement will be provided.

  2. Quotation. We utilize an application to generate a transparent quotation for you, which will be delivered to you via WhatsApp, email, or any other communication tool you may have.

  3. Deposit. An 80% deposit is required to secure your booking. As soon as the deposit has been received by Chef Stelio, your booking will be confirmed.

  4. Cancellation.  We understand that plans may change, but if you cancel prior to the scheduled service, we will need to charge you 80% of the deposit that has already been paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any of this amount, as costs will have already been incurred.

Payments. Payment for the event can be made via E-Mola or M-Pesa. A payment number will be sent to you. Please note that the remaining costs must be paid immediately after the event concludes.

  1. Invoices. We can arrange an invoice for you after the event.

  2. Dietary requirements. Any allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated to Chef Stelio at least 72 hours prior to the event. 

  3. Changes. Chef Stelio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

  4. Additional charge. All dishes will be prepared and served at a specific time agreed upon by Chef Stelio and the client. Any delays caused by the client may result in an additional charge.

  5. Prices. All prices and menu items are subject to change and you’ll be notified of this in case it were to be necessary. 

  6. Confirmations. Stelio Silva Hallar will send all payment details and confirmations to you via WhatsApp and/or email.
